- Returns & Replacements
- - You may return
new, unopened items sold 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Complete an RA Request form within 14 days of invoice date
- You should receive your Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item
